High Intensity Interval Training
A 30-minute coach-led workout using simple bodyweight moves with short work and rest periods. It’s quick, effective, and adaptable for all ages and abilities, helping to boost your metabolism, energy and fitness.

HIIT Strong
A 30-minute coach-led workout focused on building strength and endurance. It’s effective, adaptable, and suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

Functional Strength & Resistance Training
A 45-minute class using weights, kettlebells and dumbbells, resistance bands and lots of other fun equipment. Work out to build strength for everyday activities enhancing your mobility, balance and body confidence. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
In Person at the Hampton & Highett Community Centre. All Levels. Senior friendly.

Core Strength
A 30-minute coach-led workout focused on core strength and stability, guaranteed to improve balance and posture and build strong abs. It’s effective, adaptable, and suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
Remotely or In Person at my Private Outdoor Gym Highett. All Levels.

Fit 2 Box
A 60-minute workout combining boxing techniques with circuit-style exercises. It boosts strength, cardio fitness, and coordination, for all fitness levels.
In Person outdoors (summer) or at the Highett Community Centre (winter). All Levels welcome.

Fit For Me
A semi-private class designed just for you! Get a personalised plan in a small group setting, with expert guidance and support to help you feel stronger, fitter, and more confident.

Fit To Run (Free)
A 45 min evening track session at Moorabbin on track.
Whether you want to run your first 5km, a bigger 10km or half marathon in sight or just fancy a sprint session it's a friendly, welcoming group suitable for all levels. And the best thing is, it's for free.

I’m Sara and I am so happy you landed here.
I love meeting new people and helping people discover their passion for fitness (trust me it is there!)
For the past 15 years, I’ve helped hundreds of Baysiders of all ages and fitness levels with their personal goals embrace a healthier, more active lifestyle. My goal is to make exercise a regular part of your week and build your confidence in every workout—whether you’re chasing after kids, training for a half marathon, or just aiming to feel better each day.
I believe fitness should be fun, social and accessible. That’s why I’ve built a supportive community where you can be yourself, enjoy moving, and make great friends along the way. Life can be unpredictable, but a consistent, enjoyable exercise routine makes all the difference.
